Mariateresa Setaro

Curator with extensive experience in contemporary arts; Mariateresa has organised international exhibitions for both private and public institutions; she was director of The Steps Gallery in London and founder of Setart, an art advisory organization in Miami and Milan. She previously worked in strategy and international development at The European House-Ambrosetti in Milan.

Postgraduate at Harvard Business School, Mariateresa also holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art and Diploma in Art Business at Sotheby’s Institute.

Tania Songini

Tania is of English and Italian parentage and grew up in Africa. She has spent her adult life between Italy, Germany and the UK, and has travelled extensively in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Tania is the Finance and Operations Director of the International Rescue Committee UK and until spring 2015 worked for Siemens. Tania joined the technology giant in 1997 as a commercial bid and project manager, and progressed to a number of Finance Director roles at Siemens Postal Automation, Siemens Healthcare and, most recently, Siemens Energy in the UK. In her last position she was Controller for Siemens Energy Region North West Europe, which is a 4 billion euro business. Tania led the Siemens Diversity Programme in North West Europe and is the Chair of Via Ninos UK, a charity she established in the UK in 2009 that supports projects helping street children and underage workers in Ecuador.

Caterina Gorni

Caterina has over 10 years experience in the development, management and operation of renewable energy assets, private equity and strategy consulting.

Before joining Renewable Energy Capital in February 2012, Caterina worked with Amplio Partners Ltd, where she developed the company’s renewable energy business with the founding partners. Among the activities at Amplio, Caterina structured and lead the development and acquisition of over 40 MW of solar PV projects in Italy, investing over €40 million of equity and managing the set up of the operational company Amplio Solar Srl.

Prior to joining Amplio, Caterina worked as a senior associate with Ambrosetti SpA, where she worked on a number of restructurings and debt financings in Italy, South Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Caterina holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. She is fluent in Italian, English and Serb-Croatian.
